If your assigned cleaner is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and arrange for another experienced cleaner to take their place, ensuring uninterrupted service.

Our cleaners follow a priority list, agreed upon when booking the service. If you have any specific requests, please share them in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Regular office cleaning includes vacuuming carpets and cleaning windows from the inside only. For carpet washing or exterior window cleaning, we can arrange additional professional services.

Every cleaner undergoes a thorough vetting process, including ID and reference checks, followed by two interviews, to ensure we work only with reliable and professional individuals.

No, our service is tailored to your schedule. We’ll create a customized cleaning plan that works around your office hours, ensuring minimal disruption. Your Contract Account Manager will oversee the process to ensure your specific needs are met.

For weekly or bi-weekly services, we ask you to provide cleaning materials and equipment. We can send you a list of recommended products, or upon request, we can supply cleaning items for an additional fee. For daily office cleaning, please request a quote to include materials and equipment.

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to pause your cleaning services.

If you’re dissatisfied, we’ll arrange a visit from a Quality Control Manager to assess the situation. If necessary, we’ll assign a new cleaner to meet your expectations.

In the unlikely event of damage, we will work to resolve the issue and compensate you as appropriate.
